Hello Students, I am so excited to begin studying Hoot with you! This is one of my personal favorites, and I think you will love it too. Carl Hiaasen combines humor, animals, and drama all in to one book. We will be spending eight weeks on this unit and bringing in articles about endangered animals to really help you feel like you are involved with the book. This module will help you get more comfortable with your Weebly page and doing research. Remember to post your answers to the Web Quest on your personal Weebly portfolio.

ELACC6RL6: Explain how an author develops the point of view of the narrator or speaker in a text.
